Accredited by the Joint Audio Media Education Support (JAMES), a measure of the quality and suitability of this course to meet industry needs. JAMES is a consortium of music, entertainment and media industry organisations collaborating in the support of education and promotion of excellence.
Aspirations
I took on this course as I have a love for music and want to be a highly qualified professional and a technically accomplished producer, with knowledge of coordinating technical, creative, and logistic aspects of managing music projects, as well as gain extensive experience in acoustic design and production. I am on a path to building a hands-on knowledge of digital and analog recording, editing, and mixing equipment/software, whilst building a comprehensive knowledge of various music genres.
The BA (Hons) in Music and Sound Production from Bournemouth University is already giving me proficiency in studio techniques, building on my skills to be organised, professional, and excel in the field as a music producer and project manager.
